The Jameela Jacket is a warm jacket pattern that comes in two lengths: cropped or hip length. Being unlined and having straightforward design lines, this jacket can be quickly made. It has a box pleat at the back and two large front welt pockets. The longer version has a straightforward sleeve hem, while the cropped version has a sleeve placket and sleeve cuff. As much as I enjoyed creating the pattern, I hope you enjoy sewing your Jameela Jacket.
Recommended Fabric: Mid- to heavy weight woven fabrics are best suited for this pattern, like: Canvas, Thick denim, Corduroy, Twill, Wool and Jacquard
For thicker fabrics like wool or heavy weight jacquard, I recommend sewing the boxy sleeve option of view B. It is very hard to sew the sleeve placket and cuff of view A with thicker fabrics.
Pattern Format: This is a PDF pattern. Included in your download is an A4 file for at home printing, an A0 File for Copy Shop Printing, Projector files and detailed instruction files.
