The Modern Sewing Co is an independent sewing pattern company.
Designer, Hetty, has always loved clothing - simple, well made garments, that you can live in and wear day in day out and that is clear to see in her pattern range. Hetty studied at the London College of Fashion and has a degree in Fashion Design and Development which led to the launch of her retail brand, Henri London which was founded in 2016. Her focus evolved into the home sewing world when the 2020 pandemic forced her business to pivot. The result was the launch of The Modern Sewing Co in June 2021.
The Modern Sewing Co's designs feature clean lines, elevated basics and everyday styles. This pattern range features PDF patterns which can be A0 printed with our pattern printing service, or printed on A4 sheets at home.
