Tween/teen T-shirt is referred to as triple T. Anyone who is sizing out of the kid's patterns but doesn't quite fit in the adult patterns will love this tee.
This pattern is suitable for beginners. It has a loose fit and delicate shaping. There are three sleeve lengths, two necklines, and three hem variations. This is a necessary piece for your wardrobe!
The charts for the Teen Measurement range in age from 10 to 20. The numbers don't represent ages; they are just names. Measurements should always be used when choosing a size to make! The Teen measurements bridge the gap between child and adult, with a Teen 10 roughly matching a Child 10 and a Teen 20 roughly matching an Adult Medium. The female/curve fit measurement chart is used for this pattern. The male/straight fit measurement chart is used in a different pattern. The product pictures include a complete measurement chart as well.
Do not assume that because it is labeled "Teen," it is only appropriate for teenagers. If you frequently shop in the "petite" section, you might discover that this pattern is the ideal fit!

Recommended Fabric: Light/medium weight knit fabric, eg. cotton/Lycra jersey, rayon/Lycra jersey, bamboo/Lycra jersey. 50%+ stretch is required.
