Our Shipping Policy

It's no secret that the cost of running a business has sky rocketed in recent years and one of the areas that has increased the most is shipping.

When it comes to moving things around the country, or the globe, the costs can be surprisingly high. We work hard to make sure we find the best shipping rates and options to keep prices as low as possible. All information on this page is subject to change and any changes will be announced on social media or via our newsletter.

Within New Zealand

All orders, including Rural are FREE when you spend over $150*.

Up to $50 - $5.50

$50-$75 - $7.50

$75-150 - $9.50

Rural Addresses

Up to $25 - $9.95

$25- $65 - $12.50

$65-$150 - $12.50

If you have a rural address please select the rural option at checkout. Failure to do this will result in a delay in your shipping.

Australia

Shipping costs from Australia to New Zealand are surprisingly high. We are currently working on options to offer a lower shipping rate to our Australian customers.

Rest of the World

UK - Flat Rate $56 NZD

US & Canada - <150 $40 NZD

Please note these charges apply to standard sized orders. Any orders considered to be bulk will require a customer shipping quote.

Order Processing

We ship orders Mon-Friday each week, with the exception of public holidays. We aim to ship orders placed by noon on the same business day. All other orders are shipped next business day.

Please expect NZ deliveries to be with you within 3 days, and allow an extra 3 days for rural addresses.

For Australian deliveries please allow up to 3 weeks.

Our Packaging

Ensuring we use the most sustainable packaging available to us is important to us.

All orders are wrapped in eco-friendly grass based paper which has a lower impact on the environment that paper. Our paper is printed with planet friendly inks and is compostable.

Our courier bags are made from cornstarch and bioplastics are are home compostable.

Please note, to reduce paper waste, we do not include invoices in our packages, these are emailed to you with your order. If you require a more detailed tax invoice, please get in touch.
