This elegant fluid coat is surprisingly simple to make. Because of its unlined, raw-edged hem and cuffs, which are shown here in grey, it is a suitable coat pattern for less experienced sewers to try. If finished edges like those on the red/cream coat and the brown coat are more your style, instructions are also provided.
Recommended Fabric: Light to medium weight coat fabrics, especially melton or felted wools to allow for the raw edges.
Pattern Format: This is a PDF pattern. Included in your download is an A4 file for at home printing, an A0 File for Copy Shop Printing, Projector files and detailed instruction files.
Notions:
-
1 large magnetic popper/snap fastener
- seam binding for fabrics that fray (optional)
