The ballet top and dress pattern Delpy, by Halfmoon Atelier is inspired in equal parts by Julie Delpy's and her character, Celine, in the film Before Sunrise. A simple basic pattern with a flattering touch of elegance, as a top or dress the Delpy pattern will become a versatile staple in your capsule wardrobe perfect on a warm summer day, or as a light layering piece under a cashmere cardigan on cooler days.
Delpy is an easy-to-wear camisole top that is fitted in the bust and looser around the waist and hips. As a dress, it loosely graces over your hips and has a unique rounded corner and slit. DELPY has a bust gather and thin straps with three options of back views, including a scoop back (view A), straight straps (view B) and cross straps (view C), allowing you to customise your top or dress to fit your own personal style.

- Available sizes in 1-10. Bust from 76cm (30") to 112cm (44), Waist from 60cm (23 1/2") to 96cm (38") and Hip from 86cm (34") to 122cm (48").
Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner to Intermediate
Recommended Fabric: Light-weight wovens, such as double gauze, cotton lawn, rayon or linen. It would also be lovely in satin, silk or velvet! The DELPY pattern can easily be adapted to knits by simply dropping a full or partial size, depending upon the stretch content.
Pattern Format: This is a PDF pattern. Included in your download is an A4 file for at home printing, an A0 File for Copy Shop Printing, Projector files and detailed instruction files.
