A 1940s-inspired dress and blouse featuring an empire cut, high collar with gathers, and long bishop sleeves. Version 1 is a dress closed with buttons at the centre front. Version 2 is a blouse closed with an invisible zipper in the side seam.


  • Available sizes in UK 4-26. Chest from 80cm (31.5") to 138cm (54.3"), Waist from 62cm (24.4") to 120cm (47.2"), and Hip from 90cm (35.4") to 148cm (58.3") 

Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Recommended Fabric:Light to medium weight woven fabric: cotton, silk, wool, viscose, cupro, linen or polyester. Not suitable for jersey fabrics.

Pattern Format: This is a PDF pattern. Included in your download is an A4 file for at home printing, an A0 File for Copy Shop Printing, Projector files and detailed instruction files.
